Regen Aspen Client Policies

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for a 48-hour notice to accommodate your request or secure an alternative time. In the event of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) or no-show, a cancellation fee may be charged, equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

Refunds for Prepaid Services:

Partially Used Services: If you have received a portion of the service but are dissatisfied, please communicate your concerns to our staff. We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a partial refund or credit towards an alternative service.

Product Returns:

Unopened Products: If you have purchased a product from our medical spa and it remains unopened, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded unless they are determined to be defective. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 30 days of receiving the product.

Unsatisfactory Results:

We take pride in delivering exceptional results to our clients. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. Our dedicated team will work with you to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution, which may include a complimentary follow-up session or credit towards an alternative service.
